All our Office 66 products are backed by a TWO YEAR 100% satisfaction guarantee. Any remanufactured or compatible product purchased from Office 66 is covered from the date of purchase for a full two-years. Replacement or a full refund, it’s always your choice. Just contact us, let us know the problem and we will make it right. If you select a refund, we will provide you with a Return Number and we will issue the refund upon receipt of the return. Any and all items that were ordered incorrectly and opened in any way are non-refundable. We cannot resell an item once it has been opened. Please double check your printer model and part numbers when ordering & before opening.
